Founder and Principal
Ellie’s hospitality journey began in her teenage years, rooted in local, family-run restaurants, where she discovered a passion for the food and beverage industry. From these early beginnings, she went on to work alongside notable figures in acclaimed venues, including The Standard Hotels in New York, Chiltern Firehouse in London, and Bar Pompette in Toronto.
Over the years, Ellie’s career took her across the globe, where she developed a deep understanding of diverse hospitality environments, from bustling restaurants and upscale bars to luxury hotels and international concierge services. These experiences provided her with a well-rounded perspective and a dynamic professional network.
