Ellie joined Ten Lifestyle as the Senior Operations Manager for the U.S., leading initiatives to boost daily profitability and operational efficiency. She was later promoted to Director of Culinary Experiences, where she launched and managed the first-ever restaurants program for the Americas region.

During her time at Chiltern Firehouse, Ellie led the integration of essential back-of-house systems and procedures, clarified events management and F&B operational processes, wrote guest room collateral, and supported the Managing Director with ad hoc projects.

Operational Lead & Marketing Manager
As Operations Lead, Ellie played a supporting role in the hotel's rebranding and reopening, serving as the community liaison and project manager, while also contributing to the construction and launch of the restaurants. After taking on the role of Marketing Manager, acting as steward for the brands' social media pages, she created on-property initiatives to drive interaction and hosted events aimed at building the hotel's profile.
